Which appliances does this cover?
Air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines; chimneys, gas stoves, hobs, microwaves and dishwashers; geysers and RO purifiers; and televisions, laptops, air coolers and CCTV.
Are spare parts included in the price?
No. Every price on these pages is labour. Spare parts, refrigerant, filters, brackets and cables are quoted separately and you approve them before they are fitted.
Can the price change once the technician arrives?
The scope and the payable amount are confirmed before any additional work starts, so nothing beyond what you agreed is charged without you agreeing to it first.
What if I do not know what is wrong with the appliance?
Most repair services here have an inspection variant priced between ₹149 and ₹399. The technician diagnoses the fault first and then quotes the repair.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
